Of course these terms and conditions do not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which any of the Sites only links.

THE SITE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL OR OTHER PERSONAL ADVICE.

The contents of the Sites, (including but not limited to information contained on message boards, in text, in text files, in chats, graphics, images, information obtained from our licensors, and other material ("Content") contained on the Sites) are for informational purposes only. KevMed., LLC. may sublicense its rights through multiple tiers of sublicenses.

In consideration of being allowed to use forums or Sites in general, you agree you will have materially breached these Terms and Conditions if:

You use the Sites or forums for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws;
You are not entitled to any compensation for any materials you may post on the Sites.

Limitation of Liability

Parental Permission

Some of the information available on the Sites concerns the topic of sex and may not be appropriate for children. Further, the Sites are not directed to children under the age of 13 and we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT PARENTS PARTICIPATE IN THEIR CHILDREN'S EXPLORATION OF THE INTERNET AND ANY ONLINE SERVICES AND USE THEIR BROWSER'S PARENTAL CONTROLS TO LIMIT THE AREAS OF THE INTERNET TO WHICH THEIR CHILDREN HAVE ACCESS.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action regarding this agreement will take place in the City of Dallas, Texas. You agree that breach of these terms and conditions may cause us extensive, immediate and irreparable damages, and we reserve the right to seek immediate injunctive relief. If any of these terms and conditions is found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms and conditions, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter it contains. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

This agreement may be modified only by our posting of changes to these terms and conditions, or by a writing signed by both parties. Any inquiries concerning these terms and conditions of use should be directed to us using our feedback form. 

INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold KevMed. LLC., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions. 

POSTINGS on OTHER WEB SITES

KevMed LLC offers a referral commission for orders originating from patient-oriented websites. Payment for referred orders can be in the form of cash or in kind. KevMed LLC does not pay, ask or suggest anyone to make postings on internet forums on its behalf, and as such, any views that individuals choose to express do not necessarily reflect the views of KevMed LLC. If individuals choose to make postings on their own or other websites, KevMed LLC requests that patients disclose any relationship with KevMed LLC.

GENERAL
KevMed., LLC. is based in Dallas, Texas, in the United States of America. We make no claims that the Content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Sites from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever: Liability, User Submissions, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Complete Agreement.
